HOUSE RULES

Kauno Golfo Klubas is open daily from 07:00 to 00:00, and all bookings must finish no later than 01:00.
All services follow the current price list available online.
By entering the premises or making a booking, guests accept these house rules.

Only one person may stand in the hitting area at any time, and all other guests must remain behind the safety line or stay seated.
All shots must be aimed toward the screen, and running starts, trick shots, sideways or backward swings, and ball throwing are not allowed.
Guests must use only the balls and tees provided by Kauno Golfo Klubas.
Clubs must be clean before use, and decorative or antique clubs may not be played with.
Only clean indoor shoes or spikeless sneakers may be used on the turf.
Projectors, sensors, and mounts must not be touched; guests must notify staff if something seems wrong.
First-time users may request a short introduction, which counts toward the booked time.
Reckless behavior or conduct that endangers others is not allowed.

Guests are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes early for setup.
To ensure a smooth changeover, all play must stop at least 3 minutes before the start time of the next reservation.
The booking can be canceled x hours before start time. See the cancelation policy when booking time online.
Extensions are allowed only when the following slot is free and are billed in 30-minute increments.
All sales are final once play begins.

A maximum of 5 people may occupy the 01 bay, including players, guests and coaches, although 4 players are recommended for pace.
A maximum of 4 people may occupy the 02 bay, including players, guests and coaches, although 3 players are recommended for pace.
Personal coaches are welcome but count toward the total number of people in the bay.
Children under 15 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Smoking is forbidden anywhere indoors, including the use of vapes, e-cigarettes and IQOS devices.
Weapons, fireworks, hazardous materials and other dangerous items are not allowed.

The premises are monitored by CCTV for safety and security purposes, and footage is stored only for a limited period.
Kauno Golfo Klubas is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
Lost items are logged and kept for 30 days.

Rental includes balls, tees and the available in-house club sets.
Guests may use their own clubs only if they are clean and suitable for indoor play.
Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by misuse, rule violations or intentional acts.

Guests may log into their Golfzon Global accounts to save statistics, which are processed by Golfzon under their terms.
A variety of modes are available, including course play, practice sessions and fun games.

Private events are available for companies, birthdays and groups, typically requiring a deposit and minimum-spend agreement.
Hosts are responsible for the conduct of their guests and any damages caused.
Outside catering or decorations must be approved in advance.
Membership programs may include benefits such as discounts and priority booking, but all standard rules still apply.

Guests who require any assistance are encouraged to call staff.
A basic first-aid kit is available on site, and all injuries or spills must be reported immediately.
In an emergency, guests must follow staff instructions and evacuate promptly.

Kauno Golfo Klubas is an inclusive environment, and any form of harassment, discrimination, abuse or threats will result in immediate removal and may lead to bans or police involvement.
Kauno Golfo Klubas reserves the right to remove any guests who violate house rules or behave in a way that endangers others.
